# Remmina RDP Protocol Missing After Installing freerdp on Arch Linux

Installed Remmina on Arch Linux but RDP isn’t in the protocol list? Install freerdp:

Terminal window
sudo pacman -S freerdp

Then reboot. Restarting Remmina alone won’t do it — the RDP plugin only appears after a full system reboot.
